  • Meet members face to face in your office for coaching sessions to set goals for change and follow up on progress.
  • Use Motivational Interviewing to help them determine what is most important to them.
  • Walking rounds on campus to meet members, encourage coaching sessions and let them know about upcoming events.
  • Participate in wellness challenges, host an event or activity table with information around the wellness topic of the month.
  • Call members that you have not been able to meet up with in person to encourage participation in coaching, schedule coaching sessions or complete a session telephonically if that better fits their needs.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss progress, share successes, brainstorm creative ways to encourage participation, and review reporting.
Required qualifications:
  • 3+ years of clinical experience as an RN in acute care setting (med/surg; ER)
  • Must have an active current and unrestricted compact RN licensure in the state of South Carolina
  • Ability to commute to/from Scranton, South Carolina for onsite work each shift; Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm EST. No weekends or holidays.
  • Ability to travel a minimum of 1 day per week throughout the state of South Carolina and to Northeast Georgia per the need of the company
  • This Health Coach Consultant role is an RN and must report onsite to work every day (this is not a work from home position) and the onsite location is based in Scranton, South Carolina.
Other details:
  • There is travel a minimum of 1 day per week throughout the state of South Carolina and into Northeast Georgia to visit a variety of stores associated with the plan sponsor
  • The employee will work 4 days per week in Scranton, South Carolina and then travel 1 day per week to locations throughout South Carolina and Northeast Georgia
  • This schedule may adjust per the needs of the plan sponsor
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous coaching experience
  • Managed care experience
  • Experience in multiple areas of nursing in an acute setting
  • Med/Surg and ER experience
  • BSN
EducationAssociates degree required

The typical pay range for this role is:$54,095.00 - $116,760.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
