As the Product leader for these platforms, you will be leading the strategic roadmap, capability and KPI definition to administer benefits for this population. Responsibilities:
- Develops and executes the strategic vision for a comprehensive array of products that align with the company's overall goals and objectives for patient healthcare and wellness.
- Identifies market opportunities, conducts market research, and defines product roadmaps to capitalize on current healthcare product advances and achievements in the industry.
- Leads the end-to-end product development process to deliver high-quality, clinically proven products that meet customer needs.
- Conducts thorough market analysis to understand customer needs, including the competitive landscape, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to drive product innovation and differentiation.
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and gather key feedback in order to ultimately ensure alignment with specific product strategies and initiatives.
- Develops and maintains a product roadmap that outlines the prioritization, sequencing, and timelines for product enhancements and new product launches.
- Facilitates collaboration and communication among team members to ensure effective execution and delivery of products.
- Drives successful product launches to develop go-to-market strategies, sales enablement materials, and customer adoption plans.
- Analyzes product performance metrics, customer feedback and expectations, and market data to assess the success of products in meeting business goals and client healthcare needs.
15+ years of experience with the following
- Product management role shipping software through multiple releases managing the entire lifecycle from discovery to launch
- Strong technical acumen to drive features with technical requirements
- Background with Agile and ideally SAFe specifically
- Detail oriented, manages risk and deliverable timelines
- Clear and compelling in written and spoken communication, including explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage simultaneously competing priorities
- Technical product leadership
Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:$175,100.00 - $334,750.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
