CVS Health is looking for a PBM expert to lead projects and develop strategic recommendations across a matrix of enterprise-wide stakeholders. The Enterprise Pricing team is tasked with developing and executing on our initiatives to optimize enterprise profitability across CVS Health and its various business units. The Exec Director of Enterprise Economics (PBM) will oversee and lead critical projects to drive enterprise value and strategy related but not limited to legislative initiatives, product development and analysis, cross company pricing negotiations, and cross company analytics. Work closely with leaders in key stakeholder organizations (i.e. Enterprise Analytics, Aetna, Caremark, CVS Retail, Legal, Product, etc.) in pulling together the enterprise view of profitability, risks, and opportunities while ensuring cross company compliance. They will lead and manage multiple high-profile work streams with urgency, be accountable for delivering quality results, and be able to present these results to senior leadership within the company. This will be one of three Exec Director positions representing expertise in each of three segments (Retail, PBM & HCB).This role will also provide strategic direction in identifying value unlock across the opportunity by creating transparency and awareness around the financial levers of the overall organization. This individual will provide support to the evaluation of enterprise products with the goal of maximizing their value and helping with go-to market strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

The typical pay range for this role is:$131,500.00 - $303,195.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
