- Assist with coordination of processes and assignments for the distribution area to ensure the delivery of consistent work products
- Execute daily activities and operational plans for the distribution area's strategies to enhance the culture of excellence and innovation across the enterprise
- Manage day-to-day operations in a warehouse section to ensure daily targets are met or exceeded
- Conduct performance appraisals using various reports, summaries, and procedures as necessary to resolve problems and improve employee efficiency and warehouse operations
- Analyze reports and provides recommendations to the operations manager on best practices for the section
- Coordinate processes and assignments for areas within the warehouse to achieve a balanced workload and meet daily operational metrics
- Define terms for conducting tasks and establishes new priorities for assignments to meet operational success
- Manage team performance through regular, timely feedback as well as the formal performance review process to ensure delivery of exceptional services and engagement, motivation, and team development
- 3-5 years experience in Inventory Control
- 2+ years supervisory experience
- 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office
- Ability to be onsite Monday-Friday in the Kansas City, MO Distribution Center
- Working knowledge of collaboration and teamwork
- Working knowledge of execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
- Working knowledge of business intelligence
- Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills
- Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- Project Management Experience
Verifiable High School Diploma/GEDPay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:$43,888.00 - $85,068.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
