Perform as the Cybersecurity Awareness and Training Lead to further elevate our enterprise security awareness program, positively influencing security behaviors and fostering a strong cyber-aware culture across the enterprise. Develop and execute security awareness strategies and build capabilities that closely integrate security awareness with our overall risk management framework. Quantify, measure, and demonstrate the value and effectiveness of the security awareness program. Play a critical role in mitigating human-related risks and shaping how the workforce understands and engages with security protocols.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Strategy Development - Create and calibrate a comprehensive security awareness strategy in alignment with overall information security goals and risk management framework. Security Awareness Campaign Management - Design, implement, and oversee cybersecurity awareness campaigns to educate the workforce on best practices, emerging threats, and compliance requirements. Metrics & Reporting - Monitor and measure the impact and effectiveness of security awareness campaigns and programs via metrics. Report on metrics, identify and analyze trends, and communicate program impact to leadership.Compliance - Plan, coordinate, and execute applicable security awareness program requirements in compliance with contractual and regulatory obligations. Represent the Information Security organization, as appropriate, in audit and assessment activities with internal or external auditors and regulators. Content Creation - Create or coordinate the development of security awareness materials such as newsletters, e-learning, videos, interactive modules, etc. Stay up to date on security threats and awareness trends to keep the security awareness program current and effective.Training Programs - Develop and manage training programs for the workforce that are relevant, engaging, and effective.Coaching / Mentoring - Coach and mentor more junior staff members of the team.Required Qualifications8+ years of information security or related experience.
Including but not limited to:
- Creating, implementing, executing, and managing security awareness campaigns and programs
- Executing mixed mode trainings, creating course design documents, and program evaluations
- Measuring and communicating the impact of security awareness programs.
- Deep understanding of security policies, controls, and alignment to key regulations (NIST, ISO, HITRUST, HIPAA, PCI)
Knowledge of:
- Information security policies and procedures
- Experience using phishing simulation tools
- Ability to translate complex concepts and data into easy to understand and visually appealing materials.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to communicate confidently and effectively at all levels of the enterprise, including Executive and Senior Leadership.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Highly organized, ability to multi-task and manage concurrent deadlines
- High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products.

Bachelor degree, Associates degree, or equivalent experiencePay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:$130,295.00 - $260,590.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
