As part of CVS Supply Chain Modernization efforts, the Senior Manager, Business Process Optimization will define processes and flows for the Distribution Center. This includes optimizing business processes for Inbound (receiving, put away, replenishment), Outbound (order selection, shipping) and Support functions (inventory control, labor management , order processing). The role includes defining, mapping and documenting standard workflows for the new Manhattan Active WMS system, and supporting configuration and go-live across the network. The Senior Manager will collaborate with operations, systems & technology, omnichannel, engineering and automation teams to ensure the new WMS platform optimizes existing process flows and scales for future advancements. • Optimize processes across a Distribution Center: Optimize physical processes, system configuration, and control tables to mistake-proof processes

• Execute Process Control utilizing necessary data analytics

• Initiate and drive process optimization projects across DC Network

• Clearly document processes and create flow charts

• Support Operational Excellence (Lean) projects with process optimization

• Assist in Labor Management process and configuration

• Partner with Trainers to train Colleagues and Supervisors in new processes

• Partner with Instructional Designers to provide content and edit documents The ideal candidate will have the ability to:
  • Translate data insights into action
  • Influence leaders at all levels from DC Ops to Supply Chain senior leadership
  • Communicate and present information clearly and succinctly
  • Use interpersonal skills to effectively build partnerships
  • Develop business cases and project plans
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in engineering or DC operations
  • 5+ years of experience with WMS systems, DC configuration and related databases
  • 3+ years of experience with Labor Management Systems
  • 3+ years of experience Office software tools (such as Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • 3+ years of data analysis; proficient in SQL
  • 3+ years of experience in project management and continuous improvement
  • Willingness and ability to travel nationwide 50%
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Manhattan Associates Active WMS
  • 8+ years of experience with retail distribution and WMS
  • Direct experience in distribution and e-commerce omnichannel facilities
  • LSS Green Belt/Black Belt or PMP certification
  • Experience implementing and configuring warehouse management systems
  • Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, MBA
  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering

The typical pay range for this role is:$82,940.00 - $182,549.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
