They are responsible for supporting the Chief of Staff in performing budget and resource management, strategy and key metric tracking, executive and risk reporting, and partnering with the Chief of Staff (CoS) team to ensure consistent communication to the technology leadership teamsResponsibilities:Supports the development, implementation, and governance of BISO Program Strategy.

Supports the office of the BISO functions, such as budget, conference, resource, and other administrative management functions (as needed).
Works with the Technology Leadership (CDTO), Security (IS), and Business teams to ensure leadership reporting is updated and reviewed prior to the bi-weekly/monthly meetings.
Responsible for BISO key metric management and reporting to leadership and key stakeholders.
Partners with the Chief of Staff (CoS) team to ensure consistent and clear communication to the BISO and technology leadership teams.
Supports with Portfolio and Project management of BISO projects and critical initiatives.Required skills:
- 2+ years of information security related experience with a strong understanding of security programs, domains, and technologies.
- 1-2 years of experience with managing programs, including budget and resource management.
- 1-2 years of experience leading projects and/or critical initiatives with a primary focus on executive reporting.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Other Certification(s): CISSP, CISM, or other related cybersecurity certifications.
The typical pay range for this role is:$79,310.00 - $158,620.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
