• Supports leadership with day-to-day operation.

• Applies in-depth knowledge to lead and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

• Implements and maintains project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to drive project progress and mitigate risks.

• Communicates with project teams internally to ensure clarity of roles, responsibilities, and expectations.

• Conducts routine collaboration with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Examines project progress, identifying and resolving issues, and communicating updates to stakeholders.

• Administers leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and high performance.

• Assist leadership team to develop and participate in the development of presentations for business partners and internal business areas on services, capabilities, and performance results.

• Installs project management best practices, methodologies, and tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness in project execution.

• Maintains calendars for the various executive leadership members.

• Sets agendas, prepares prework, and captures meeting takeaways for leadership meetings, including huddles, staffs, quarterly business reviews, and offsites.

• Attends reoccurring meetings with leadership and collaborates to align on strategic priorities and ensure timely execution of deliverables.

• Handles various additional executive administrative responsibilities.Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of project coordination and/or executive administrative experience.

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent collaborative and team building skills.

• Ability to use innovative and creative thinking to resolve problems and make decisions.

• Knowledge of QuickBase & coding platforms.

• Resides within a commutable distance of Hartford, CT.Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required.Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
