The Account Associate will function as a liaison between the Plan Sponsor and Aetna and provide timely feedback to the Account team and leadership to respond to anticipated customers' needs or issues.The primary function for this position will be performing member/customer service duties. The Account Associate will collaborate directly with members or benefit representatives at the plan sponsor. The Account Associate will interact via phone and e-mail, working with various department contacts (i.e., claims, eligibility, pre-cert, clinical) in efforts to resolve escalated member issues.The Account Associate will work closely with the PSL to ensure superior customer service is provided in support of Plan Sponsor expectations, responding timely to inquiries and tracking issues to resolution. This position will also educate members on available benefits and programs and promote consumer tools.

While this position is remote, the Account associate may attend on site meetings, Health or Open Enrollment Fairs and new hire orientations.Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:$21.10 - $49.08This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
