DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an experienced Warranty Service Administrator to join our team specializing in Service for Aftermarket Operations in Langley, United Kingdom
This is a permanent contract working 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Act as the first point of contact, you will foster positive customer interactions, setting the tone for their entire experience with the branch.
- Developing strong relationships with key customers, you will create trust and loyalty, ensuring repeat business and strengthening customer retention.
- You will play a crucial role in assessing customer needs, ensuring their concerns are understood, and that they receive tailored solutions.
- Through the creation of work orders and gathering relevant information, you will streamline the service process and improve operational efficiency.
- Your proactive communication and understanding of customer needs will directly support efforts to increase business within the branch.
- By offering customers status updates on their requests, you'll help improve their satisfaction and build trust through transparency.
- Acting as the face of the company, your interactions will promote high-quality customer service standards, enhancing the branch's reputation.
- Efficiently managing administrative tasks and work orders, you'll ensure smooth internal processes, supporting overall branch productivity.

RESPONSIBILITIES
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Efficiently manage warranty claims, repair orders, and service quotes, ensuring compliance and smooth operations.
- Accurately process claims, identify issues, and collaborate with the service team to resolve shortfalls or rejections.
- Work closely with service teams, dealers, and customers to ensure timely management of repair orders and quotations.
- Be skilled in systems like Rapidserv and Guidanz for tracking and completing service tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/ Experience:
- High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
- This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
- Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
