DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented Warranty Administrator to join our team specialising in Logistics for our Global Parts Department in Daventry, United Kingdom .
This is a permanent, part-time position with working hours from Monday to Wednesday, 8am to 4pm.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Quality Assurance: Compare the physical characteristics of components and products to technical specifications to help identify defects and ensure high-quality standards.
- Testing and Reporting: Conduct simple tests and prepare technical reports to provide valuable data, improving product reliability and packaging quality.
- Efficient Warehouse Operations: Follow established procedures to receive, handle, store, and dispatch goods to optimise warehouse space and improve overall efficiency.
- Health, Safety & Environmental Compliance: Adhere to HSE standards by using appropriate personal protective equipment to contribute to a safer work environment and minimise environmental impact.
- Quality Control: Perform quality checks and identify non-conforming materials to help maintain product integrity and reduce costs associated with defects.
- Timely Delivery: Accurately sort, label, and dispatch goods, ensuring timely delivery, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and participate in training and improvement initiatives, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Flexibility and Maintenance: Maintain a clean work area, perform routine maintenance tasks, and be flexible to take on miscellaneous duties to support overall business goals and operational efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience:
- Administration experience is required.
- A background in warehousing and basic understanding of engine parts is required.
- Warranty experience is beneficial.
- Full training to operating a forklift to move inventory will be provided.
The compensation for this role is aligned with a local bargained or unionised agreement.
