Education, Licenses, Certifications:

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

A two year University degree from an accredited program in Business, Engineering or a relevant field of study preferred.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience:

Prefer significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience in a related field such as logistics, warehousing and third party logistics provider management.

QUALIFICATIONS

Additional Information:

  • Knowledge of core flow to effectively assist the operations team and the customers with production planning, while eliminating quality concerns.
  • Assigning ABC stratification to new parts created in Oracle.
  • Scheduling shipments between RLCC, ReCon plants, and consignment customers.
  • Managing issues with SP analytics visual productivity reporting tools currently utilized in Inventory.
  • Managing issues with current GOMS OBIEE daily reporting tools and deploying visual aids in other operational areas of the warehouse.
  • Ensuring all GOMS and Oracle interface issues are addressed in a timely manner to avoid operational delays.
  • Support operations quality performance indicators, layered process audits, 5S, and standard work.
  • Identifying methods to promote continuous improvements internally and with RLCC's stakeholders.
