We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our dynamic team based in our brand-new facility at our Perth Warehouse. At Cummins we specialise in heavy vehicle repairs and maintenance across mining, on-highway, and power generation products.

- Day to day supervision of 15-20 warehouse personnel.
- Weekly & daily planning and scheduling of warehouse tasks
- Contribute to arranging storage to optimise warehouse space
- Undertake frequent cycle counts and the annual stock control
- Develop and maintain business relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, including routine housekeeping and execute
- planned operator care and maintenance responsibilities.
- Assist with cost management - Monitor and reduce warehouse manhours/OT, material
- usage, freight, and courier charges
- Operate manual and automated equipment (including a forklift), adhering to all health and safety guidelines
- Take daily prestart meetings with focus on safety.
*Qualifications and Competencies
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Previous supervisory experience is essential - ideally in a similar industry
- Be highly organised
- Previous experience in a customer facing role as part of a team would be beneficial
- A current Forklift license with experience
- Solid computer skills (MS Office - intermediate Excel) and have the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly

QUALIFICATIONS
- Receive incoming goods, accurately sort, label/package and store goods
- Pick, pack and dispatch orders for our highly valued, local customer base
- Contribute to arranging storage to optimise warehouse space
- Undertake frequent cycle counts and the annual stock control
- Assisting customers both in person and over the phone, providing assistance with parts interpreting, prioritising orders and managing any urgent enquiries / issues
- Track parts credits, organize parts and freight, check parts availability and work with the warehouse supervisor and service advisors to ensure parts dispatched correctly
- Routine housekeeping tasks, compliance, wash bay, and machine cleaning tasks
- Operate manual and automated equipment (including a forklift), adhering to all health and safety guidelines
