DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented Warehouse Coordinator Level II to join our team specializing in Logistics for our Cummins Inc. facility in Plainfield, IN.

- Select Optimal Transportation Modes : Evaluate and select appropriate transportation modes and equipment based on shipment volume analysis. This ensures cost-effective and timely delivery. Education, Licenses, Certifications: High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations. College, University or equivalent degree in Business, Engineering or related field preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft applications, generating reports and advanced level computer skills. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. Experience: Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience. Logistics and Warehousing experience preferred, including 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) provider management.
QUALIFICATIONS
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with loading/unloading material as necessary.
- Entering tenders into TMS (Transportation Management System).
- Utilize computer system to enter, track, and maintain data.
- Creating packing lists and BOL in the AS-400 and manually as needed.
- Daily interaction with the Customer Service team and Coordinator.
- Identify, count and record the amounts received.
- Checking in and receiving loads in the appropriate system.
- Locate received product then consolidate into racks keeping records of each move.
- Delivering product to the proper location and helping with put away when needed.
- Communicating effectively with planners when discrepancies are found.
- Being able to step in and fill either the shipping or receiving roll when needed.
- Maintain a neat and tidy work area.
- Support other Warehouse employees with their work. Cultivate and support a team environment.
- Perform any other work which may be assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
- Follows health and safety policies and procedures and duties under OSHA.
- May perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications:
- Lifting and carrying parts ranging from one (1) ounce to forty (40) pounds up to ten (10) hours per day.
- Walking and standing for ten (10) hours per day.
- Identifying parts, reading instructions, entering data and completing appropriate forms.
- General Computer skills. AS-400 and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Ability to obtain powered industrial truck training and license
- The Plainfield facility has the right to deem a person qualified for a position if that person has had one or more years of experience in the position or similar position.

Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The
final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate's
qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
