We are looking for a talented Strategic Talent Pathways Manager to join our team specializing in Human Resources for our Nashville, TN office.

Job Summary:

In this role, you will drive alternative entry hiring programs (e.g., workforce re-entry, military transition, neurodiversity hiring, etc.); develop standardized processes for expanding these programs; partner with key business stakeholders to understand hiring needs; align programs to support talent attraction at all levels (from hourly apprenticeships to experienced professionals); and evaluate the success of each program in achieving the organization's diversity hiring goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

  • Project Leadership: You'll lead multiple cross-functional projects, ensuring they align with business goals from start to finish. This includes setting clear objectives and maintaining focus on achieving them.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: You'll facilitate planning sessions with stakeholders to define the project's scope and objectives. Working closely with business stakeholders, you'll establish performance goals to ensure everyone is on the same page.
  • Project Planning and Tracking: You'll design comprehensive project plans, develop timelines, identify key milestones, and track progress against these goals. This ensures that projects stay on schedule and meet their targets.
  • Issue Resolution: You'll proactively identify, track, and resolve any issues that arise during the project. This involves working with team members and stakeholders to find effective solutions and keep the project moving forward.
  • Status Monitoring and Communication: You'll regularly monitor the project's status and communicate updates to the project team and stakeholders. This keeps everyone informed and aligned on the project's progress.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

  • College, university, or equivalent degree required.

Experience:

Significant level of relevant work experience, including team leadership experience, required.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Program Management : Manage and improve alternative entry talent programs for diverse talent pools (e.g., RePower for women's re-entry, Hiring Our Heroes CFP for military transition, and others) and adapt them to the changing needs of the organization.
  • Process Standardization : Develop and implement standard processes for expanding and managing strategic talent pathways across the organization, ensuring alignment with broader talent acquisition strategies.
  • Stakeholder Partnership : Collaborate with HR leaders and hiring managers to align talent sourcing strategies through these pathways with the organizational needs for talent at all levels (from hourly apprenticeships to experienced professionals).
  • Performance Measurement : Establish and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate the success of each program in achieving diversity hiring goals and make data-driven changes to strategies.

Compensation and Benefits

Base Salary: 100,000.00 - 150,000.00 USD ANNUAL

Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate's qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
