DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented Service Supervisor to join our team specializing in Service for Cummins, Inc. in Minot, ND.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Supervise Service Technicians and Team Leaders : Coordinate and schedule work, communicate repair plans, and monitor productivity and repair quality.
- Provide Coaching and Feedback : Offer guidance and performance reviews to Service Technicians and Team Leaders, fostering professional growth.
- First-Level Support : Assist Service Technicians with technical issues and escalate support needs when necessary.
- Manage Service Logistics : Oversee the use of materials, equipment, and employees to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Develop and Review Quotes : Ensure accuracy of quotes before communicating to customers and provide updates on repair status and changes.
- Monitor Open Repairs : Track repair progress and address issues affecting timely completion.
- Monitor Branch Goals and Targets : Measure and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Resolve Customer Concerns : Address warranty issues and build strong relationships with key customers through professional communication.

RESPONSIBILITIES
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Communicates effectively - Develop and deliver communications that cater to the unique needs of different audiences.Ensure your messages are clear and easily understood by all stakeholders.
- Electronic Service Tool Application - Identify the necessary hardware and software tools for each service event.Use the appropriate electronic tools to maintain products or diagnose and troubleshoot issues.Accurately interpret tool results to determine the next steps for service resolution.
- Service Documentation - Create and verify customer, equipment, and technical information.Create and verify customer, equipment, and technical information.Follow procedures and document required information in the service management system to maintain accurate records of work done.
- Technical Escalation - Obtain detailed information on product technical issues.Use available resources, including data management tools, to address issues.Use available resources, including data management tools, to address issues.Capture all troubleshooting steps in the appropriate database to ensure seamless transitions and accurate ticket resolution.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience
- College, university, or equivalent degree in a relevant discipline or relevant experience equivalent required.
- This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
- Intermediate level of relevant work experience in a technical field, including team leadership experience, required.
- Supervisor Position, manage service technicians.
- Ability to perform other Admin duties. Time approvals and adjustments, purchasing, and others.
