DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Service administrator, to join our team in at our Clairmont (AB) Cummins location.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact. Daily duties include quoting and scheduling while supporting our teams both in shop and in the field. Some traveling may be involved to support near branches.

In this role you will be expected to

  • Serve as the first point of contact with customers either on the phone or at the branch, developing positive relationships with key customers.
  • Assess customers needs and gathers pertinent information.
  • Create basic work orders in appropriate systems.
  • Provide some status updates to customers, as requested

RESPONSIBILITIES

To be successful in this role, you will need

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

  • High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
  • Valid driver's license is necessary Experience:
  • Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
  • Warranty process experience

This is a Monday-Friday, daytime ON SITE position.

Salary depending on experience starting at 62400$ yearly.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our Company Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
