Job Description
Provides support for the service Department that includes:
- Create the service contract and PM Plan in the system
- Stock transfer through system and physical stock take for ensuring spare inventory accuracy
- Issue invoice of service contract, spare parts, etc
- Issue service quotation
- Update and maintain instrument record
- Update and maintain customer information
- Spares part/samples ordering
- Responsible to communicate with the end customers about the order arrangements.
- 3rd party accessories ordering and paym
- Maintain field service tools calibration
- Arrange spare courier service
Assist Service Leader for:
- Regularly generating service data report like PM accuracy, instrument down time, etc
- Gathering information to complete monthly/quarterly summary for submitting to government department (HA, EMSD, etc)
- Arrange FSE jobs schedule to align with the end customers requirement
Preferred Requirements
- Diploma or above previous administration experience
- Experience with using ServiceMax and CRM system will be an advantage
- Familiar the usage of Microsoft Office (Words, Excel and PowerPoint)
