Job Summary:
Responsible for developing software programs per technical specifications following programming standards and procedures, performing testing, executing program modifications, and responding to problems by diagnosing and correcting errors in logic and coding.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensures secure coding and UI standards and best practices are applied during development. Provides input and contributes to the enhancement and maintenance of applications and programs. Leads efforts to configures, analyzes, designs, develops, and maintains program code and applications. Performs detailed and complex unit testing and secure code testing, and issues resolution. Drives and supports the process for source code management. Contributes to integration, systems, and performance testing and tuning of code. Participates in peer secure code reviews. Define and promote opportunities for re-usability of code, configurations, procedures, and techniques.

Solution Modeling - Creates, designs and formulates models, diagrams and documentation using industry standards, tools, version control, and build and test automation to meet business, technical, security, governance and compliance requirements.
Solution Validation Testing - Validates a configuration item change or solution using the Function's defined best practices, including the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards, tools and metrics, to ensure that it works as designed and meets customer requirements.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
College, university, or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related subject, or relevant equivalent experience required. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
Significant relevant experience required. 5-7 years of experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of SAP industry best business practices are required with relevant experience in Automotive or Manufacturing domains.
- Must have worked with SAP S/4 HANA projects and phased global deployments at multi-national industries and led technical project teams in an Agile manner.
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as ability to work comfortably amidst ambiguity important for success in this role.
- Over 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience of SAP ABAP programming, RAP programming, FIORI UI5Apps, SAP Fiori Launchpad configuration, BTP, Integration Suite, Web IDE, SAP Business Application Studio, SAP Fiori Theme designer, oDATA, Restful, JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, jQuery, JSON, Debugging, EDI (EDIFACT and ANSI X12), SAP Note deployment, Monitoring & Support, is required.
- Multi-module implementation of S/4 HANA 1909 and higher, will be key differentiators.
- Candidates with SAP Certification and extensive implementation experience with S/4 HANA, will be considered.
- Highly desirable to have cross functional experience in MM, SD, FICO, PP and Service on HANA modules, native integration and experience with data management, middleware like Mule Soft and to have in-depth cross functional subject matter expertise, Incident management and Production support .
- Additionally, must be able to demonstrate succinct presentation skills and problem solving analytical skills and be able to effectively coach IT technical analysts.
- Showcase at least 2 successful end to end implementations of S/4HANA projects in mid-size industries and 1 implementation in a large size manufacturing industry will be a distinguishing factor for the ideal candidate.
- Experienced in managing partnership with third-party system integrators and other service providers in a project implementation.
- Thorough knowledge of professional frameworks governing IT audits and will be required to liaise effectively with the internal and external audit team to ensure that changes in scope is agreed and that quality review work is performed at appropriate times in the audit.
- Well experienced in end to end Data Migration life cycle(ETL) activities. Experience with SAP Industry dominant Loading tools(LTMC/Migration Cockpit).
- Flexibility to work global hours as per the project implementation schedule is essential.
- This position is remote; therefore, no relocation package or assistance is offered.
