Education, Licenses, Certifications:

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

College, University or equivalent degree in Business, Engineering or related field preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft applications, generating reports and advanced level computer skills.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience:

Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.

Logistics and Warehousing experience preferred, including 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) provider management.

QUALIFICATIONS

Additional Information:

Core Responsibilities:

Forklift certified and ability to unload and load trailers in receiving

Manage jack stands, glad-locks and trailer locks to adhere to safety standards

Communication and coordination with truck drivers in and out of Receiving Dock

Shift handover communication at start and end of shift

Start of shift direction

End of shift reporting of receipts and what's being handed off to next shift

Oracle, Clear Orbit, and Outlook familiarity and navigation required to perform receiving duties

Ability to learn a large amount of part numbers and plant layout for material organization

Ability to communicate via email, text, phone with hourly staff and leadership staff

Ability to work posted OT schedule and ability to adapt to needs as necessary

Maintain and manage receiving dock to a 5S standard. Support material organization as necessary

Repacking, re-racking, and re-organization as necessary

Performs other related activities as assigned
