Position Overview
The Diversity & Belonging Coordinator plays a key role in supporting and advancing Autodesk's commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace culture. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to meaningful culture-driven work and supporting efforts that enhance inclusion and belonging across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of culture, inclusion and belonging programs, events, and initiatives
- Support Autodesk's 9 Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) by coordinating logistics, communications, and engagement activities
- Partner with internal stakeholders to enhance programs, initiatives and community outreach
- Track program and event participation, gather feedback, and support data collection to measure impact and progress
- Provide administrative and program management support to the Culture, Diversity, and Belonging team as needed

Minimum Qualifications
- One to two years experience in employee experience, people and culture, program coordination, or a related role
- Proven ability to support events, initiatives, or programs that enhance workplace culture
- Demonstrated organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and work with diverse stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications
- Operationally-focused Professional role, requiring experience OR analytical advisor role still developing higher-level expertise
- Solve a range of problems of mild-to-moderate complexity and scope by analyzing possible solutions using standard procedures
- Exercise judgement within defined guidelines or known precedents
- Seek guidance on unusual situations or circumstances where guidelines are unclear
- Receive a moderate level of guidance and direction, with little or no direction day-to-day assignments
- Work is typically reviewed by a more experienced team member before it is provided to senior leaders
- A common career stabilization point (AKA the full-contributor level) for operationally-focused roles, whereas analytical advisor roles at this level are building knowledge of the subject-matter area, function/BU, company, products, and customers
