DESCRIPTION

Assists Engineers in carrying out production-related and inspection jobs; assists in monitor materials quality in processing plants and making the required adjustments; maintains and supports documentation and records. Works under moderate supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance : By comparing physical characteristics of components and products to technical specifications, you'll ensure that only defect-free items reach customers.
  • Testing Expertise : Conducting tests on electrical function, reliability, and packaging quality will help maintain high standards and identify potential issues early.
  • Accurate Reporting : Recording results and preparing technical reports will provide valuable data for continuous improvement and decision-making.
  • Technical Support : Providing product and component testing using various measurement equipment will enhance the reliability and performance of products.
  • Customer Assistance : Assisting customers in understanding product specifications and measurement data will improve customer satisfaction and trust.
  • Measurement Uncertainty Studies : Participating in these studies will contribute to more accurate and reliable measurement results, enhancing overall product quality.
  • Equipment Maintenance : Ensuring proper maintenance and calibration of measurement and test equipment will keep operations running smoothly and accurately.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience:

Requires some work experience and intermediate level knowledge obtained through training or on-the-job experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

Operational experience required.

Work will involve processing returns and customer and operational part verifications and issues.
