RESPONSIBILITIES

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Managing Complexity : Navigate and make sense of complex and sometimes contradictory information to solve problems effectively, ensuring projects stay on track.
  • Conflict Management : Handle conflicts smoothly and efficiently, minimizing disruptions and maintaining a productive project environment.
  • Planning and Alignment : Plan and prioritize work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • Project Issue and Risk Management : Identify, assess, and prioritize project issues and risks, and take actions to minimize and control them, ensuring positive project outcomes.
  • Project Management : Balance scope, schedule, and resources to ensure projects are completed successfully and their impacts are fully realized.
  • Resource Management : Develop and manage resource plans effectively, ensuring the right resources are available when needed.
  • Schedule Management : Use schedule management tools to keep projects on track and ensure timely completion.
  • Scope Management : Manage project deliverables to ensure all required work is completed and unnecessary work is avoided, maintaining project focus and efficiency.
  • Adapting to Target Audience : Explain complex topics in a way that your audience can understand and use, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and stakeholder engagement.
  • Integrating Customer Perspective : Incorporate customer insights into project planning and execution, improving the relevance and impact of your projects.
  • Valuing Differences : Recognize and leverage diverse perspectives and cultures, fostering an inclusive environment that enhances team performance and project outcomes.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

  • College, university, or equivalent degree required.
  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience:

  • Intermediate level of relevant work experience, including team leadership experience, required.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • This role will work with New Engine Installation projects, CSSNA DBU Engineered product built at the Upfit Centers and Marine installations.

Preferred software familiarity with:

  • GCE
  • BMS
  • COLS
  • MS Project Online

Critical Needs:

  • Self Motivated - This role is accountable for a specific area of responsibility and a book of business. It's critical a candidate have experience(s) where they can demonstrate self-discipline including customer call prioritizing, scheduling and route optimization.
  • Strong Communication Skills - Written, listening, speaking and presentation. Solid verbal and interpersonal skills including the ability to interface at all levels within an organization. The ideal candidate would show confidence in this area and have a history of relatable experiences at various levels in an organization.
  • Customer Focused - foundational to develop customer loyalty and trust. We strive to put our customers first in all we do, working to enhance customer satisfaction, resolving issues with a sense of urgency and building strong customer relationships.
  • Solutions minded - we are looking for individuals who demonstrate resourcefulness in finding solutions to problems, externally and internally. It's also about striving to consistently create positive experiences/solutions for our customers to develop long-term rapport and loyalty.
  • Conflict resolution skills - we are looking for individual's who can actively listen and objectively provide feedback/guidance to our customers in times of conflict. This requires a great deal of emotional intelligence and self-awareness.
  • Organizational savvy - good stewards of our brand, resources and leadership behaviors.Ability to adhere to and model ethical behavior and support the Right Environment
  • This role should be located in the US contiguous lower 48 states. Other locations may be considered at manager discretion.
