- Lead multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet their objectives and are completed on time.
- Partner with business stakeholders to align project goals and ensure successful outcomes.
- Facilitate planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and performance goals.
- Identify, track, and resolve project issues, ensuring smooth project progression.
- Use quality tools to identify and mitigate project risks, finding alternative solutions when necessary.
- Document and share learnings with other teams to enhance overall project success.
- Assign appropriate resources to project tasks and provide guidance and coaching to team members.
- Maintain clear communication with the project team and stakeholders, keeping everyone informed about project status and progress.

Qualifications
Education/ Experience:
- College, university, or equivalent degree is required.
- Intermediate level of relevant work experience is necessary.
- Team leadership experience is required.
