RESPONSIBILITIES

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Effective Issue and Risk Management : Use recommended tools to identify, assess, and prioritize issues and risks. Proactively manage these to minimize negative impacts and maximize positive outcomes.
  • Strong Project Management : Balance scope, schedule, and resources to ensure project goals are fully realized. Maintain a clear focus on delivering impactful results.
  • Audience Adaptability : Explain complex topics in a way that your target audience can easily understand and use. Tailor your communication to fit the needs of different groups, such as sales professionals and customers.
  • Customer-Centric Approach : Incorporate the customers' perspective into your work. Develop content that meets their needs and enhances our sales efforts, driving revenue growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience

  • College, university, or equivalent degree required.
  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
  • Intermediate level of relevant work experience, including team leadership experience, required.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Job location is Hybrid with up to 25% travel (candidate can be based out of any city within the US)
  • Knowledge of power generation products, ability to interface with contractors, consulting engineers, vendors, knowledge of codes, knowledge of technical documentation, and strong research capabilities needed.
  • Candidate must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Must possess strong organizational and planning skills and be capable of multi-tasking on a variety of complex tasks
  • Must be able to manage databases and reporting mechanisms for project milestones.
  • Must be data and process oriented/driven.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment with Sales, Production, Purchasing, Project Administration, Engineering and Service Team both within and outside of their account.
  • Must possess a good base of understanding of project financials.
  • Must quickly be able to build rapport with external stakeholders - client and trade partners.
