DESCRIPTION
Assists a project manager in applying process and project management skills within an area of business or technical specialty. Supports the management of small portions of well-defined projects. Provides administrative and logistics support for a project team and project manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Resource : Serve as a support resource on projects and work assignments.
- Issue Tracking : Assist in identifying, tracking, and working with others to resolve project issues.
- Status Monitoring : Help monitor and communicate project status to the project team.
- Budget and Research Support : Assist with budget planning and tracking, research, and analytical support; provide administrative support for the design and development of project plans and timelines.
- Risk Management : Assist with managing project risk; complete administrative work in the use of quality tools to identify areas of risk.
- Documentation : Support documenting and sharing team learnings with other teams. Maintain project notes, databases, and other records; monitor measures and communicate with the Project Manager on the status of specific projects and assignments.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Education, Licenses, Certifications:
- Education : High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations. College or equivalent degree preferred.
- Licensing : This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

- Project Schedule Management : Managing the planned schedule using the recommended schedule management tools and processes to drive completion within the agreed timeline.
- Project Scope Management : Managing a list of project deliverables (scope) using the recommended project management tools and processes to ensure that the project includes all the work required and only the work required to complete the project successfully.
- Adapts to Target Audience : Explaining complex topics (significant technical data, subject matter expertise, etc.) in such a way that the target audience (e.g., sales professionals, customers, training vendors, etc.) can understand, retain, and use the information.
- Integrates Customer Perspective : Incorporating an understanding of the customers' perspective on our products and sales efforts to develop sales content that improves our ability to meet their needs and increase revenue.

QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
- Work Experience : Requires some work experience and intermediate-level knowledge obtained through training or on-the-job experience.
- Team Focused : Passionate about customer support.
- Time Management : Demonstrates effective and efficient use of individual and organizational time to achieve key business objectives.
- Attention to Detail : Accurate data entry skills with fast typing speed and extreme attention to detail.
- Computer Literacy : Intermediate to advanced standard of computer skills with the ability to use office applications (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- System Navigation : Ability to navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications and the ability to gain knowledge in using order processing and analytics systems.
Knowledge/Skills:
- Ticket Resolution : Resolve tickets within 24 hours.
- MITWA Issues : Reduce daily average MITWA issues from 30 to 5.
- MLP Program : Identify and deactivate fake mechanics from the system.
