Job Description
Provide Project Assistance to the U.S. Army's Ground Vehicle Systems Center (GVSC). The ideal candidate has Army or Army support experience, and possesses the organization skills to track staff taskings. As the position will often involve liasoning with key military leaders and senior Army personnel, the ideal candidate exhibits a professional and respectful demeanor.
Duties include:
- Support the planning and execution various operations activities (e.g. briefings, in-progress reviews, conference calls, town halls, VIP visits, conferences).
- Track taskings (including Requests for Information, official tasks, and operation orders), ensuring responsibilities are assigned, work is progressing, and target due dates are being met.
- Provide information, analysis, and recommendations within commander's intent to leadership to support their decision making.
- Conduct staff analysis, develop courses of action, develop execution plans, coordinate and oversee execution.
- Staff and draft a variety of operational correspondence, reports, messages, studies, and staff papers.
- Liaison and coordinate with key military leaders, senior Army personnel, staff, and partners.

Qualifications:
Must be able to obtain and hold a SECRET Clearance
High School Level plus 2-3 years experience
