DESCRIPTION
Job Summary:
Applies developing business process and project management skills in a marketing context under the supervision of a project manager. Manages small portions of well-defined projects and provides administrative and logistical support to the project team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a support resource on projects, developing basic project management skills and general business knowledge.
- Assist in identifying, tracking, and working with others to resolve project issues while developing the ability to do this independently.
- Monitor and communicate project status to the team, developing skills to perform this autonomously.
- Provide administrative support, including budget planning, tracking, research, and analytics.
- Assist with project plan design, development of timelines, and risk management.
- Support the documentation and sharing of team learnings across projects, using lessons learned from other sources.
- Maintain project notes, databases, and records, and communicate status updates to the Project Manager.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
- High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education.
- College degree preferred.
- Licensing may be required for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
Significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through training or on-the-job experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
- Initiating NFA requests in the Export organization for global parts setup.
- Managing PPAP requests, source release approvals, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Handling global parts inquiries and collaborating with the Global PDC team for part forecasting.
- Conducting global back-order analysis and follow-ups with purchasing teams.
- Coordinating aftermarket parts setups and export projects, such as ISX15 Camshaft and ISX12 Water Pumps.
- Collaborating with global teams for exports, product launches, and aftermarket part penetration.
- Managing end-to-end parts setup processes and monitoring monthly/annual export sales targets.
- Knowledge of systems like Parts Information Management (PIM) and Global Order Management System (GOMS) is preferable.
