DESCRIPTION
Job Summary:
Assists a project manager by applying process and project management skills in a business or technical specialty. Supports small, well-defined projects by providing administrative, logistics, and analytical support to the project team and manager, helping ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a support resource on projects and work assignments.
- Assist in identifying, tracking, and resolving project issues in collaboration with others.
- Monitor and communicate project status to the project team, ensuring timely updates.
- Provide support in budget planning, tracking, and offer research and analytical assistance.
- Assist in developing project plans and timelines, providing administrative support.
- Help manage project risk by utilizing quality tools to identify and mitigate risks.
- Support documenting and sharing team learnings with other teams.
- Maintain project notes, databases, and records, tracking measures and communicating project progress to the Project Manager.
- Assist with customer communication, shipment coordination, sales order management, and data quality activities related to Sales and VPI projects.
- Work with the CES Sales & Marketing team on coordinating project management and sales-related activities, supporting OMCS and account-related tasks.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience.
College degree preferred.
Compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations may be required.
Experience:
