DESCRIPTION

Job Summary:

Assists a project manager by applying process and project management skills in a business or technical specialty. Supports small, well-defined projects by providing administrative, logistics, and analytical support to the project team and manager, helping ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a support resource on projects and work assignments.
  • Assist in identifying, tracking, and resolving project issues in collaboration with others.
  • Monitor and communicate project status to the project team, ensuring timely updates.
  • Provide support in budget planning, tracking, and offer research and analytical assistance.
  • Assist in developing project plans and timelines, providing administrative support.
  • Help manage project risk by utilizing quality tools to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Support documenting and sharing team learnings with other teams.
  • Maintain project notes, databases, and records, tracking measures and communicating project progress to the Project Manager.
  • Assist with customer communication, shipment coordination, sales order management, and data quality activities related to Sales and VPI projects.
  • Work with the CES Sales & Marketing team on coordinating project management and sales-related activities, supporting OMCS and account-related tasks.

  • Project Schedule Management: Use recommended tools to manage schedules and ensure completion within agreed timelines.
  • Project Scope Management: Use project management tools to define and manage project deliverables, ensuring only necessary work is performed.
  • Adapts to Target Audience: Explain complex topics in a way that is understandable and usable by the target audience (e.g., sales professionals, customers).
  • Integrates Customer Perspective: Incorporate customer needs into sales content to better meet customer expectations and drive revenue.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience.

College degree preferred.

Compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations may be required.

Experience:

Requires some work experience and intermediate level knowledge obtained through training or on-the-job experience.
