DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented Production Associate - Level II to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in York, SC.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Ensure Safety : Promptly reporting hazards and incidents, and using appropriate personal protective equipment, helps maintain a safe work environment.
- Promote Health and Safety : Engaging in HSE training and promoting interdependence among colleagues will foster a culture of safety and well-being.

- Identify and Control Non-Conforming Material : By identifying and controlling non-conforming materials, you'll help minimize quality issues and reduce costs.
- Achieve Production Goals : Operating equipment efficiently and meeting production targets will contribute to the overall productivity of the manufacturing process.
- Maintain Cleanliness and Order : Keeping your work area clean and performing routine maintenance tasks will ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.

- Continuous Improvement : Actively participating in initiatives to improve quality, safety, processes, and employee development will drive continuous improvement in the workplace.

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
