DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented Parts Manager to join our Canadian Mining Region Service Operations team in our branches in Alberta and British Columbia.

Job Summary:

Supervises Parts Specialists and or warehouse staff (within a service branch location)

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Manage and mentor a team of Parts and Warehouse Specialists and to enhance their performance and career growth.
  • Lead and improve parts capability processes to achieve our business results and ensure customer satisfaction through proactive support.
  • Manage inventory effectively to meet customer expectations and maintain stock levels.
  • Ensure timely parts support for new product launches and current products in the field.
  • Follow policies and procedures to maintain productivity and address employee queries.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers to understand their concerns and improve order management processes.
  • Plan and prioritize team activities to ensure continuous service and integration with other business areas.
  • Promote health and safety behaviors to create a safe and positive work environment.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

College or trade based certification or experience equivalent in related field.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience:

Intermediate industry related experience required; either related to Parts, Service or Warehousing.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • In branch rotation
  • Requires monthly travel to multiple branches - Minimum 2 weeks per month
  • Provide escalation support to Mining & HHP branches in portfolio
  • Member of Service Operations Regional Leadership team
  • Lead Branch Parts and Warehousing teams as well as assist branch leaders with parts and warehousing issues
  • Network with corporate teams on branch strategy stock changes
  • Supporting both Union and Non-Union sites
  • Relationship building a must
  • Positive attitude
