We are looking for a talented EMPLOYEE BENEFITS SUPERVISOR for our team in GUARULHOS, SP .

Description

  • Responsible for leading continuous improvement projects and being the global contact for initiatives in Brazil.
  • Responsible for leading, training and developing team members.
  • Responsible for supporting LATAM regional programs, such as EAP (Employee Assistance Program) and ESPP (Employee Stock Purchasing Plan).
  • Responsible for the design, implementation and improvement of processes in the benefits area, for the employee benefits communication plan, for executing benefits policies and strategies through the team, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Responsible for compliance with current guidelines, laws and regulations.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related areas.
  • Experience in in managing employee benefits and leading people.
  • Advanced English. Spanish is a plus.
