Job Responsibilities

l Report and Resource Administration: Coordinate daily report preparation, overtime tracking, application and management of warehouse consumables and packaging materials, encompassing work planning, progress updates, and task follow-up.

l Data Monitoring and Analysis: Analyze daily inbound and outbound data, summarize findings, and identify operational issues, reporting them promptly to superiors.

l KPI Monitoring and Improvement: Track and analyze KPIs for inbound, packaging, and outbound processes, communicating with relevant departments for improvement on underperforming areas.

l Cost Analysis and Control: Analyze costs associated with inbound, packaging, and outbound activities, identifying cost control points and proposing improvements.

l Under minimal supervision, coordinates operations through interaction with operations management. Coordinates activities for different areas like Inbound, Outbound, Kitting, etc. based on direction from Operations management.

l Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE)

l Stop work and immediately report any major injury hazards.

l Report any work-related injury, illness, incident or hazard.

l Comply with HSE standards, policies, procedures & regulations.

l Use appropriate personal protective equipment.

l Promote interdependence by looking out for one another.

l Correct hazards within your control and capabilities.

l Recognize how your work may impact the environment and work to minimize the negative impact.

l Lead HSE Training and actively engage workforce.

l Follows all applicable standard work, work instruction/process documentation and established quality procedures.

l Performs quality checks for damage and for discrepancies between goods and invoices.

l Identifies and controls non-conforming material.

l Delivery

l Receive incoming goods, accurately sort, label/package, store goods and arrange storage to optimize warehouse space.

l Operates manual and automated equipment to pick, pack and ship product per the customer expectations.

l Demonstrates a high level of competency in core work skills.

l Works at the required cycle time or defined engineering standard.

l Teamwork

l Communicates effectively with the assigned team and with all support teams.

l Ensures training completion in line with business requirements.

l Seeks ways to improve quality, safety, process, material flow, and employee development.

l Ensures clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping tasks and machine cleaning tasks and supports planned operator care and maintenance tasks.

l Remains flexible and performs other miscellaneous duties, as required, to meet business goals.

l Works with peers, skilled trades and support staff to maintain and identify equipment in need of repair.

Qualifications

l Operational Understanding: Familiarity with daily operations and procedures in a parts warehouse.

l Data Analytics Skills: Strong analytics skills with proficiency in tools such as PowerBI, Access, SQL, PowerQuery, Power Pivot. High sensitivity to data trends and capable of producing independent analysis reports.

l Work Ethic: Willingness to work overtime and able to handle work pressure.

l Communication Skills: Demonstrated strong communication skills for effective interaction within and outside the team.

l Education: Bachelor's degree or above.

l Language Proficiency: Passed College English Test Band 4 with good reading and writing skills in English.

l Collaborates - Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.

l Warehouse Inventory Control - Manages physical inventory utilizing inventory control methodologies to maintain inventory and meet customer expectations.

l Warehouse Operations - Utilizes warehousing tools, systems, and methodologies to meet defined metrics for inbound and outbound operations of a warehouse.

l Trade Knowledge Application - Applies knowledge of relevant trade regulations to Cummins processes and systems to minimize trade risks and costs.

l Mode Selection - Evaluates and selects appropriate transportation mode and equipment type by lane through shipment volume analysis against business requirements to provide optimal shipping method (balance cost, quality and time).

Education, Licenses, Certifications

l High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

l A two year University degree from an accredited program in Business, Engineering or a relevant field of study preferred.

l This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience

l Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience in a related field such as logistics, warehousing and third party logistics provider management.
