We are looking for a talented Night Shift Process Technician:
Performs skilled activities which support manufacturing business needs. Selects and uses appropriate tools, machinery and specialty equipment completing work with limited guidance. Learns and understands the protocols of working safely with electricity and other energy sources with industrial equipment.

Provide feedback into the Preventive Maintenance system.

Raises issues to minimize cost and quality exposures.
Performs quality inspections.
Delivery
Performs the skilled activities expected by their roles in accordance with defined roles and responsibilities.
Demonstrates a high level of competency in core work skills.
Repairs and maintains equipment.
Performs and documents preventive, emergency, corrective and predictive maintenance activities.
Maintains clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping and machine cleaning tasks.
Performs other miscellaneous duties as required to meet business goals.

Identify and reduce manufacturing constraints

Education, Licenses, Certifications
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience
Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
The Candidate will need to be quick learner and have great communication skills along with written documentation skills. They will assist in creating work instructions and complete the training for the production when needed. This person will need to have a skill set for identifying safety risks and getting the machine back to standards. This person will also need to show they have the energy to work 12hr shifts and weekends as scheduled. This position will need to problem solve and troubleshoot the most complex issues. They will need to show that they are a team-oriented person and can work alone or in a team environment. You must a multitasker and navigate several problematic tasks at one time in certain situations. You will be a support line to the production lines. You will need to be able to use hand tools and lift upto 50lbs repeatedly in certain situations.
