Key Responsibilities
- Technical Maintenance & Problem Solving: Tackle complex issues, conduct thorough inspections, and perform preventive, emergency, corrective, and predictive maintenance. You'll help identify and eliminate manufacturing constraints and implement lasting solutions.
- Health, Safety, & Environment (HSE) Champion: Prioritize workplace safety by promoting HSE standards, addressing hazards, and ensuring safe practices are always followed.
- Resource Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to manage resources effectively, from tools to specialty machinery, to achieve top-notch results.
- Quality Assurance & Documentation: Ensure the integrity of our processes through quality inspections, documentation, and equipment failure analysis.
- Adaptability & Continuous Improvement: Embrace a dynamic work environment by adapting to change, optimizing processes, and supporting environmental initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
What We're Looking For
- Technical Expertise: Electrically biased with a mechatronic background, strong assembly line maintenance experience, and hands-on skills in troubleshooting and repair.
- PLC Knowledge (Preferred): Experience with Allen Bradley, Siemens, or Mitsubishi PLCs is a plus.
- Commitment to Safety: Familiarity with maintenance safety systems, particularly Lock Out Tag Out procedures, to ensure a safe work environment.
- Collaborative Team Player: Able to build strong partnerships, communicate effectively, and contribute to shared goals.
- Desirable Skills: Experience in software integration, fault-finding, and a drive to continuously learn and grow.

Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant Experience: Extensive experience backed by specialized training in multiskilled/mechatronic maintenance.
- Hands-On Knowledge: Practical knowledge of machine tool maintenance and an understanding of safe systems of work.
