DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
Supports the execution of periodic, repetitive and well-defined activities such as marketing events, price and product analyses and communications (i.e. publications, newsletters, etc.) Compiles data from different resources where data gathering is automated, and provides the data to the report creator/owner . Administers access to selected systems & databases . Routes operational inquiries associated with routine systems, processes and tasks, received from stakeholders, channel partners or vendors to associated parties internally . Assists others in gathering information through secondary research . Documents and communicates action items and associated notes in selected events . Compiles presentations and other communications when outline and all associated content is provided . Provides support on other duties, where there are clearly defined procedures .

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:

QUALIFICATIONS
Skills Required:-
- Branding Co-ordinator: Employee to ensure branding consistency at all the channel partners locations:
- Ensuring all branding boards and collaterals at dealership premises
- Monitoring and addressing any inconsistencies in the actual branding content at the dealerships and DBU offices
- Co-ordination support at all Channel events and meetings
- Support to Channel for Marcom: Employee is expected to support seamless execution support to distribute the collaterals and ensure the financials and records of such arrangements.
- Dealer performance audits:
- Maintaining the audit records and ensuring perfect documentation
- Basic analysis and creation of dashboards after the audit execution.
- Support to Legal aspect of Channel Tasks:
- Collection of quarterly compliance documents from channel partners
- Supporting in due diligence
- Stamp papers purchase
- Ensuring that the Dealer employees complete the ethics training each year after they have been assigned the training courses.
- Communication and Coordination:
- Acting as a point of contact between channel partners, customers, and internal teams.
- Helping to coordinate the flow of information between channel partners and internal support teams.
- Collecting and ensuring the correct information on dealer touchpoints at all times.
- All other work related to data or information gathering from Channel and publishing with key stakeholders.
