Job Summary:
The Manufacturing Shop Operations Team Manager is responsible for fostering a manufacturing mindset within the team, ensuring effective scheduling and resource management, and supporting strategic initiatives. This role oversees the daily activities of multiple production teams, managing team members, maintaining housekeeping standards, and achieving production targets. The manager works cross-functionally to recommend and engage in initiatives that improve safety, productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations. Additionally, the manager is dedicated to developing talent and teams, providing guidance, and fostering professional growth among team members.

- Manage daily activities of multiple production teams.
- Ensure team members adhere to housekeeping standards.
- Meet and exceed production targets.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance safety, productivity, quality, and efficiency.
- Provide guidance and feedback to team members to help them accomplish tasks and goals.
- Set clear expectations and clarify responsibilities for team members.
- Coach and mentor team members to foster their professional development.
- Identify training needs and develop and implement training plans.
