• Manage, develop, and lead daily activities for multiple production teams to achieve operational goals.
• Ensure production targets are met while maintaining high standards of safety, productivity, quality, and efficiency.
• Work with various departments to identify and implement improvements in safety, efficiency, and operations.
• Provide clear expectations, regular feedback, and guidance to team members to meet individual and team goals.
• Identify skill gaps and implement tailored training plans to enhance team capabilities and performance.
• Maintain workplace cleanliness and ensure adherence to safety and operational policies.
• Actively mentor and coach team members to support their professional growth and success.

• Proficiency in Polish is mandatory, with strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to build effective, high-performing teams and foster collaboration across departments to achieve shared objectives.
• Demonstrated skills in decision-making, directing work, and driving results, even in challenging circumstances.

• College, university, or equivalent degree required.
• Intermediate level of supervisory experience required.
