DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented Machine Operator level III - 3 rd shift to join our team specializing in manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Fletcher, NC.

QUALIFICATIONS
Additional Information:
This position is responsible for the safe setup, operation, inspection, and operator maintenance of various Lap Line work-centers in the gearing department.
Position is responsible to produce components that meet and/or exceed design engineering specifications, while meeting standard productivity cost and delivery targets.
Position will be able to perform changeovers, setups, recognize machining issues and make machine/process adjustments as needed.
