DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented Line Human Resources Manager to join our team specializing in Human Resources onsite in Whitakers, NC.

RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS
Education, Licenses, Certifications:
- College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience required.
Experience:
- Significant relevant work experience required.
Additional Qualifications:
- Supporting the implementation of the new HR Operating model by:
- Consistently educating employees and managers on how to seek support in the new HR Operating Model
- Look for opportunities to drive consistency in HR policies, processes and procedures within the sub-region
- Seek and provide feedback on and within the new HR Operating model in an effort to pursue continuous improvement
Additional Information:
- The individual will need to be on-site at the Rocky Mount Engine Plant (RMEP) multiple days per week.
