DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage compliance by mapping, identifying, and addressing potential gaps to uphold legal standards and mitigate risks.
- Provide end-to-end legal support in project management and execution.
- Conduct approximately 10+ trainings for purchasing every year.
- Offer advisory support to various business units, addressing a wide range of legal inquiries and concerns, including disputes and regulatory matters to mitigate legal risks and optimize business operations.
- Conduct legal research on a wide range of topics, including regulatory compliance, case law, and industry standards.
- Analyze legal issues and provide recommendations or solutions to support business objectives.
- Manage litigation and corporate governance matters, including regulatory filings.
- Review basic documents and routine contracts, address legal questions, and assist on projects under the supervision of an attorney.
- Undertake directed legal research and work with more experienced attorneys to understand the application of legal analysis.
- Build professional experience and learn the practical aspects of applied law, as well as the functions of the business.
- Manage small portions of well-defined projects and provide administrative and logistics support for a project team and project manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Qualifications:
- Degree in Law.
- License to practice law in home jurisdiction (can be obtained during Graduate program).
- This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Skills and Experience:
- Minimum level of relevant experience required.
- Experience in managing compliance, providing legal support, conducting trainings, and offering advisory support to business units.
