DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
- Define, explore, and support the implementation of enablers to evolve solution intent, working directly with Product teams to implement them.
- Guide enablers through planning and enablement, ensuring fitness for purpose in collaboration with customers and suppliers.
- Advocate for and steer the development and improvement of the Continuous Integration Delivery Pipeline and DevOps, enabling Release on Demand.
- Define and implement subsystems and their interfaces, allocate responsibilities to subsystems, and establish solution deployment requirements.
- Creates and manages roles and responsibilities across systems/environments, understands business problem and solutions designed, challenges them to enhance the optimized systems interactions considering NFRs baselines
- Participate actively in planning, high-level design of solutions, and exploration of alternatives.
- Work with Product Owners to determine capacity allocation for enablement work.
- Oversee, foster and measure built-in quality, team, and technical agility.
- Provide technical analysis of potential solutions, evaluating technical fit, viability and scalability.
- Enhance efficiency in build and deployment processes through automation.
- Design and maintain infrastructure, interfaces, extensions, and workflows to meet security, performance, scalability, and maintainability requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships to deliver business value using relevant Business Relationship Management practices.
- Support solution architects and software engineers in new automation areas.
- Lead automation platform upgrades and upgrade testing for major applications like ERP, Salesforce, and SAP.
- Monitor, repair, and upgrade servers and applications, performing cost analysis and reduction.

Education, Licenses, and Certifications:
- College, university, or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business, or relevant field.
- Preferred certifications: Google, AWS, Azure, Oracle, Docker, Kubernetes, Puppet, CompTIA, UiPath Infrastructure Engineer.

QUALIFICATIONS
Skills:
- Architecting/Designing and provision automation platform & infrastructure to meet the business needs. Scope not limited to UiPath but for all hyper automation technologies like GenAI, Agentic AI, OCR technologies, low-code no code technologies to be ready to future scope.
- Has keen eye in NFRs and critically assess the automation uptimes, SLA, Bot management and Server performances.
- Brings a breakthrough solution in system availability and performance and provides solutions for real time monitoring of the systems.
- Custodian of the Production and lower environments. Lead and readiness to work handson automation platform upgrades and also upgrade testing if the underlying applications like ERP, Salesforce, SAP or any other go through major upgrade releases.
- Monitor, repair, and upgrade the servers and applications, as needed. Perform cost analysis/reduction
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in automation technologies, particularly UiPath (Discover, Automate, and Operate).
- Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix) and various operating systems.
- Hands-on experience with web services, APIs, databases (SQL, NoSQL, Snowflake), Splunk, and Dynatrace.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as VB.NET or Python.
- Experience in cloud orchestration (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data extraction via OCR services.
- Knowledge of ITSM methodologies, ServiceNow, PowerBI, and artificial intelligence market trends is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Experience:
- Minimum 8+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in a platform/infrastructure/systems lead or specialist role.
- Experience in IT utilizing fundamental IT skills, modern development and deployment practices, DevSecOps tooling, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Hands-on experience as an IT Architect is preferred.
Work Environment:
- This role is Hybrid and location is at the IOCA Pune office.
- Requires working in different shifts to support operations.
- Involves working with cross-functional and technical teams to ensure platform performance and reliability.
