QUALIFICATIONS
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic student to join our Sales Capabilities team for a Summer Student to Work position. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic sales functional excellence environment, contributing to the development and implementation of processes and tools that empower our sales teams. The successful candidate will work closely with our team and stakeholders to support various initiatives, including voice of business collection, data analysis and project coordination.

Responsibilities:
- Voice of Business Collection:
- Setup time with business stakeholders and customers to assist in collection of their voices for Sales Productivity Improvement plan and Customer Experience.
- Help organize and manage feedback libraries.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Assist in gathering and analyzing sales operations data to identify trends and insights.
- Support the creation of reports to track the effectiveness of sales programs.
- Help maintain accurate and up-to-date data.
- Project Coordination:
- Provide administrative support for sales capabilities projects, including scheduling meetings, managing timelines, and tracking progress.
- Support the team with various ad-hoc projects and tasks.
- Technology Support:
- Learn and utilize CRM systems, Salesforce, CX tool.
- Communication & Collaboration:
- Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and suggestions.
- Provide feedback to improve existing processes.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in any relevant field - Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications course at school.
- Strong interest in sales, marketing, or training.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and proactive.
- Ability to learn new software and technology quickly.
