Description
- Responsible for effectively manages the relationship and business strategies for large, complex assigned accounts (cross-regional, global, etc.) to grow our share of the customer's wallet and achieve sales goals.
- Responsible for being the central point of relationship, which includes business development activities and account escalations that cannot be resolved by the local teams.
- Responsible for bringing together the regional account representatives supporting the account to ensure alignment of strategy and pricing where appropriate.
- Responsible for driving strategic decisions among the team, act as liaison point with the segment strategy and OEM teams.
- Responsible for managing global contracts.

- Experience in account management, mining or related industries and working across geographies (Brazil and beyond).
- Advanced English and Portuguese.
