DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented Enterprise Content Management Specialist- Senior to join our team in Indianapolis, IN.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Strategic Roadmap Development : By preparing market research and capability analyses, you'll contribute to the creation of comprehensive Information Asset Protection, Information Governance, or Information Management roadmap plans.
- Effective Communication : Leading communication plans and drafting communications will ensure clear and consistent messaging across the organization.
- Project Management Excellence : Providing project management support and communicating plans, deadlines, and achievements will help marketing leaders execute projects efficiently across regions.
- Policy Leadership : Leading policy work and rewriting policies will ensure that the organization's information governance policies are up-to-date and effective.
- Representation and Advocacy : Participating as a representative of the Global Enterprise Content Management team on related projects will ensure that the team's interests and expertise are well-represented.
- Process Documentation and Improvement : Documenting and understanding Enterprise Content Management processes will help streamline operations and integrate customer feedback into future plans.
- Continuous Improvement : Participating in continuous improvement activities will drive enhancements in Enterprise Content Management functions and processes.
- Training and Coaching : Coaching and training the enterprise employee base on Information Governance policies, business tools, and processes will enhance overall organizational knowledge and compliance.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
- College, university, or equivalent degree or relevant equivalent experience required.
Experience:
- Intermediate level of relevant experience
QUALIFICATIONS
Additional Responsibilities:
Assists in the development of Information Governance roadmap plan by preparing market research, capability analyses, and interpreting data for discussion with Enterprise stakeholders to include responsible Artificial Intelligence (AI) Governance and risk management to include both structured and unstructured data and content governance.
What would a typical work initiative look like : E.g. Create and expand on the Information Governance Roadmap - this is already created and would need your support and management.
Leads Information Governance communication plans and prepares drafts of communications. This includes putting together a roadmap for this function with leadership oversight, and creating specific individual communications. This would be 4-6 communications every year.
What would a typical work initiative look like : E.g. Communication about our projects and work is vital to success and adoption. This would involve working with our Employee Experience teams to create a communication for a project or awareness campaign.
Leads Information Governance policy and procedure work and rewrites/approval processes.
What would a typical work initiative look like : E.g. Twice a year reach out to key stakeholders to ensure our policy and resources are current and updated. You will manage key stakeholder feedback and work with our core policy team to ensure the latest version is available for consumption by the organization.
Owns and manages Information Governance training and resources available for coaching employees.
What would a typical work initiative look like : E.g. Once a year, review the accuracy and update/refresh training to include any new changes. During the year, work with key stakeholders to incorporate the changes. Track and monitor course attendance and certifications (done automatically via Learning Management systems).
Creates and documents processes related to Information Governance, e.g. Information Governance Compliance Labeling and Information Protection program implementation, records auto-classification capabilities, external file sync and share capability, digitization capabilities, and associated vendors, systems and processes (E.g. Legal Compliance Assessments).
What would a typical work initiative look like : E.g. As the specialist in this role, increase awareness by creating resources and information assets that help promote information governance capabilities associated with program capabilities - assets might be in the form of pages/portals/videos/trainings.
This role will work with key stakeholders in Data Privacy, Legal, Document Management, Risk Management, and Cybersecurity. Any experience in one or more of these fields will be valuable.
