Key Responsibilities:
- Reduce engine downtime by utilizing Quickserve and improve the QS KPIs (Shop Efficiency Improvement, Productivity)
- Increase the NPS (Customer satisfaction) by Legendary service QS process
- Performs Job Safety Assessment, troubleshooting and repair planning.
- Record all the necessary information accurately whilst service in progress (Timesheet, Service report, Warranty claim, inspection report etc).
- Performs required repairs following proper repair procedure.
- Engine Field Service for Warranty, Sales support and Retail Chargeable Service
- Engine troubleshooting repair and rebuild
- Repair Parts handing - Return
- Engine Test / Painting / Delivery to customer
- Observe the safety standards when working with equipment and tools

Qualifications
Education, Licenses, Certifications:
- Basic Electric Knowledge (BETT/INSITE Qualification)
Experience:
- Strong service quality by Policy & Procedure (Facility, Tools, Work Process).
- Expert users of Mechanical and Electronic Diagnostic Tools and Information for engine.
Responsibilities
Competencies:
- Experience utilizing QuickServe.
- Thorough knowledge of JSA Checklist / Safety training.
- Tooling Usage & Basic hands-on Skill
- Qualification training for required engine model
- Basic Electric Knowledge (BETT/INSITE Qualification)

- Experience with Failure analysis.
- Strong Communication Skill.
