DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Lead multiple cross-functional projects from inception to completion, including project planning, scope determination, and objective setting with internal stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business stakeholders to establish project performance goals, design project plans, develop timelines, identify milestones, and track performance against set goals.
- Program Management: In large-scale programs, work with business and functional leaders to define and achieve tangible and measurable business outcomes.
- Issue and Risk Management: Identify, track, and work with teams to resolve project issues; manage project risks using quality tools to identify areas of concern and develop solutions.
- Budget and Resource Management: Plan and monitor project budgets, conduct research and analysis, and provide input into project plans and timelines. Manage resources effectively, including expense and headcount planning.
- Team Leadership: Guide and coach project team members through various stages of the project, providing developmental feedback and coaching other Project Managers.
- Communication: Monitor and communicate project status to the project team and stakeholders, ensuring that project documentation is complete and up-to-date.
- Knowledge Sharing: Leverage cross-functional resources and external expertise, document and share team learnings with other teams to enhance project success.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Qualifications:
- Education: College, university, or equivalent degree required.
Competencies:
- Financial Acumen: Interpreting and applying understanding of key financial indicators to make informed business decisions.
- Business Insight: Applying knowledge of the business and marketplace to advance the organization's goals.
- Effective Communication: Developing and delivering clear and concise communications tailored to different audiences.

- Project Management: Expertise in managing project scope, schedule, resources, issues, and risks using recommended project management tools and processes.
- Supply Chain Knowledge: Ability to explain and manage the end-to-end integration of the flow of information, products, and services within the supply chain, balancing inventory, cost, and delivery considerations.
- Valuing Differences: Recognizing and leveraging the value of diverse perspectives and cultures within the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
- 12-15 years of experience in supply chain management or a related function, with significant experience in leading new business startups or supply chain setups. Prior experience with supply chain systems is essential.
Knowledge/Skills:
- End-to-End Supply Chain Knowledge: Expertise in demand and supply planning, logistics, and warehousing.
- Managing Complexity: Ability to make sense of complex, high-quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.
- Innovation and Creativity: Strong ability to drive innovative solutions and think creatively in problem-solving.
- Conflict Management: Proficient in handling conflict situations effectively with minimal disruption.
- Leadership: Experience in leading teams or managing multiple indirect reports, with strong coaching and mentoring skills.
