DESCRIPTION
The DBU IT Leader partners with business functions to create and implement IT strategies, define and communicate objectives, and prioritize IT solutions to drive success within the Distribution Business. This role oversees a team of business analysts, collaborates with technical experts, and ensures the successful design, implementation, support, maintenance, and enhancement of IT systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, ERP systems, and analytics, combined with a strong understanding of distribution and channel partner operations. This position requires expertise in technology transformations, budgeting for technology delivery, and more than 10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business functions to define and document business success metrics for large or complex IT initiatives.
- Lead the team in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting functional and non-functional business requirements across multiple aspects (process, information, events, socio-political, and location).
- Drive requirements management activities, ensuring stakeholders understand and approve changes.
- Conduct solution assessments and validations to ensure technical specifications align with business needs.
- Collaborate with testing teams to review test plans and methodologies, mitigating risks and ensuring solutions meet all requirements.
- Analyze and resolve complex problems, serving as a point of escalation for non-routine issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and downstream technical process teams.
- Coach and mentor less experienced business analysts to foster growth and ensure best practices.
- Employ Business Relationship Management practices to deliver measurable business value.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Experience:
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in IT strategy, systems design, and technology transformation.
- Proven experience managing budgets for technology delivery.
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, ERP systems, and analytics.
- Strong understanding of distribution and channel partner operations.
- Good understanding of Aftermarket (Understanding on sales & service),distribution business.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education, Licenses, and Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
