DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented Customer Quality Specialist (On-Site) to join our team specializing in Quality, 100% onsite in Las Vegas, NV.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Understanding Customer Needs : You'll develop a deep understanding of customer expectations and quality requirements, ensuring their needs are met.
- Leading Quality Improvements : By leading the implementation and closing action plans for quality issues, you'll enhance product, supply chain, and process quality.
- Prioritizing Customer Issues : Using customer-centric metrics, you'll effectively prioritize and address customer quality issues.
- Building External Relationships : You'll develop and maintain strong external relationships, supporting key quality communications and sometimes communicating directly with customers.
- Driving Process Improvements : Your contributions to process improvement efforts will help streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency.
- Problem-Solving and Continuous Improvement : You'll identify problems, prioritize actions, and lead or participate in Six Sigma projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Supporting Organizational Vision : By supporting the vision and strategy for the Customer Quality organization, you'll help define and meet key performance metrics and goal tree initiatives.
- Enhancing Customer Satisfaction : Ultimately, your efforts will lead to higher customer satisfaction and loyalty by ensuring high-quality products and services.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
- College, university, or equivalent degree required, Engineering or a related technical or scientific subject preferred.
- Green Belt Certification preferred.
- This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
Additional Information:
- This position is not remote. It is 100% on site.
- Support the Las Vegas Regional Distribution Center in achieving/maintaining quality standards and related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for inbound and outbound operations
- Accurately interpret the site's operational performance data and customer feedback to aid in effective decision making and continuous improvement strategies
- Excellent organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced work environment

Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate's qualifications and experience, where appropriate
