Job Summary:

The Business Technology Leader will manage IT operations for first-fit plants, aftermarket, and supply chain functions, driving plant digitization and executing transformation projects. This role requires strong leadership to manage senior IT employees, oversee financial and strategic planning, and ensure IT governance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee IT management for first-fit plants, aftermarket, and supply chain.
• Lead plant digitization initiatives and execute transformation projects.
• Develop IT strategies, financial planning (AOP, budgeting, forecasting), and performance management.
• Drive IT governance, security compliance, and Six Sigma implementation.
• Build and lead high-performing IT teams, including recruitment and development.
• Strengthen business relationships and act as a strategic partner.
• Manage IT supplier relationships and oversee project portfolio management.
• Ensure adherence to IT policies, risk management, and business alignment.

• Leadership & Team Management - Develops and mentors teams, fosters innovation.
• Technology & Digital Transformation - Hands-on experience in IT modernization.
• Project & Portfolio Management - Prioritizes initiatives for maximum business impact.
• Financial Acumen - Budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.

• Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field .
• Extensive experience in IT leadership, plant digitization, and transformation projects .
• Strong managerial, financial, and business acumen.
